You will oversee the planning and execution of weddings, conferences, retreats and special events at this year-round resort. Working closely with our Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and leading the operational execution of each event. Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet operations, food and beverage management, event management or a hospitality leadership role required.

This position will lead and evolve Fortra’s global events and sponsorship strategy. You will oversee the planning, execution and optimization of a comprehensive events program that drives brand visibility, lead generation and pipeline growth. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field and 3-5 years of management experience required; 5-7 years of tradeshow and event experience, B2B cybersecurity is preferred.

You'll support planning and delivery of internal and external events, media and stakeholder engagements, community activities and corporate events, working closely with communications, public relations, marketing and business partners across WestJet. Post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field preferred; 2+ years' experience coordinating events, meetings, conferences, corporate functions or related activities required.

Whether coordinating travel, designing meaningful attendee experiences, managing complex budgets, or navigating unexpected challenges with grace, you will ensure every element comes together seamlessly. Must have a university degree or college diploma in a related field; 10 or more years’ experience leading/assisting with multi-faceted, complex events both virtually and in-person; and 5 or more years’ experience leading international events. CMP designation is an asset.

You will build programs that put Tigera in the right conversations with the right buyers. You will decide where they show up, create reasons for prospects and partners to engage with Tigera and turn event interactions into qualified meetings and pipeline. Must have 2+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, demand generation, or a related role, with hands-on ownership of programs, and booth and collateral messaging.

The Sales Manager is a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, solicits and generates business. A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience, and completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred.

You will end-to-end plan, manage, and execute high-profile internal and external A220 customer services events. You will act as a trusted advisor across the customer services team coordinating everything from small to large-scale international customer events and functions. Bachelor’s degree or university diploma and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Procurement, Event Management, Hotel hospitality, and/or Corporate Communications within a global organization required.

This role supports the planning, coordination and delivery of in-person and synchronous virtual events under the direction of the Lead, Event Services and with guidance from Senior Event Coordinators. Minimum 2-year diploma or certificate program from a College or CÉGEP and 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in event planning and meeting coordination both onsite and virtual required. Bilingual in English and French a strong asset.

You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and execution of CADSI’s international engagement portfolio, delivering world-class experiences that showcase Canada’s defence, security and cyber industries on the global stage. Post-secondary education International Business, International Relations or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and min. 3 years of progressive experience in relevant large-scale event, trade show or program management required.

You will play a key role in planning and executing a variety of live and virtual events, including industry conferences, workshops, symposiums and internal meetings, from pre-event planning and logistics to post-event evaluation and reporting. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Communications, Marketing or a related field, and a minimum 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support, ideally in a corporate or client-facing environment.

This position is responsible for owning the vision, strategy and full project execution of signature events, as well as managing a portfolio of strategic events throughout the year. Must have 3+ years of experience delivering large, hybrid events and/or business engagement initiatives, and excellent planning, organization and multi-tasking skills with proven ability to prioritize conflicting demands and identify solutions.

This position ensures the integrated management (planning, organization, direction, and control) of all in-house and outsourced services related to hosting multi-facetted events/activities for the campus community, summer operations/hoteling and technical services. Bachelor`s degree in event management, hotel management or a related field and at least 10 years related experience in hotel and/or restaurant industry, event management or other related experiences required.

Upstream AV is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable keeping the many moving pieces of event production on track. They’ll work closely with our production team, clients, venues, suppliers, and crews to help ensure everyone has the information and support they need. Ottawa-based preferred; candidates in other major Canadian cities also welcome.

Upstream AV is looking for an experienced Production Lead to help plan and deliver live events across Canada. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong AV and event-production experience who is comfortable leading crews, coordinating technical delivery, working directly with clients, and making sure events run smoothly from planning through show day. Ottawa-based preferred; candidates in other major Canadian cities also welcome.

Senior-level B2B business development experience, with full ownership of the sales cycle, and French/English bilingualism required.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong project management, strategic thinking, high attention to detail and executional excellence. The role supports internal and external communications by contributing to content development and collaborating with the Communications team to amplify events through appropriate channels. University degree or the equivalent in a related field such as communications, journalism or similar and 5+ years' relevant experience.

You will lead the planning, coordination, licensing, operational delivery and strategic growth of events and programming across Build Nova Scotia properties and event sites, including the Halifax waterfront, Provincial Exhibition Grounds in Truro and Open Hearth Park in Sydney. Must have 5-7 years of experience as a business manager, property manager or related tourism/hospitality event experience required; post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business or Marketing is strongly preferred.

You will drive registrations, maximize attendee turnout and enhance engagement for trade shows, conferences and webinars. The successful candidate will be focussing on lifecycle planning, campaign development, execution and reporting for Newcom’s portfolio of B2B events. Must have 3-7 years of experience in coordinating marketing event plans for tradeshows and conferences, and Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management or a related field. Proficiency in French an asset.

This position is the operational lead for a portfolio of complex national and international conferences, congresses and meetings, delivered in person, virtually or through hybrid formats. Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in conference, event, PCO, association, hospitality or related professional services roles; and degree/diploma in event management, hospitality, business, communications, association management or equivalent experience required.

You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of large-scale and high-profile events within the Ontario portfolio and across national initiatives. This role oversees the end-to-end event lifecycle—strategy, design, logistics and execution—for in-person, virtual and hybrid conferences, meetings and special events. Minimum 4-6 years' progressive experience in event planning, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-impact events in various formats required.

You will work directly with corporate clients, hotels, airlines, destination management companies, transportation companies, restaurants, activity providers, and other suppliers to plan and execute exceptional incentive travel programs and corporate events. Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of professional travel planning experience, and experience planning group travel, corporate travel, meetings, incentives or events required. Must hold TICO certification and a valid passport.

You will promote the Lodge as a premier meeting and event destination and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction across all conferences, weddings and group tours, and act as the central point of contact for all group events and weddings, providing strategic operational oversight. Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, hotel operations, or hospitality management; diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Event Management or a related field is an asset.
