This role develops, plans and executes events and educational programs hosted by Fasken for its clients. You will work directly with the firm’s partners, associates, industry and practice leaders as well as other departments, vendors and clients. Post-secondary education in a related field such as Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or Event Planning; 5-7 years; relevant event experience; and Event planning experience in a professional services firm required.

This role plans, manages and promotes events that engage alumni, raise awareness in the community, foster ties between strategic partners and the academic community, and support recruitment, fundraising and research activities. College diploma in marketing, event management, fundraising, or communications, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, and minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with exhibitors, brands, and partners, and securing their participation through tailored sales strategies. The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, commercially minded, and thrives in a target-driven environment. Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, media or sponsorship sales, and strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets required.

This role manages all event service, banquet and event technology operations and staff on a daily basis. Core area of responsibility is the event operation team. Must have 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

You will plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings and events for RBC GAM clients, employees and/or other stakeholders; and be the primary point of contact with internal partners to develop effective programs to deliver high-quality client and employee experiences. Must have 5+ years of meeting planning/event management experience preferably in a corporate environment and/or the financial services industry, and University undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field.

The Group Event Planner acts as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned group and event clients. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end planning lifecycle for group programs, ensuring a seamless transition from sale through execution and post-event follow-up. Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, conference services, or hospitality and demonstrated experience managing client relationships across the full event lifecycle.

You will play a key role in delivering seamless corporate events and travel experiences. This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics that bring meetings and events to life, including hotel arrangements, attendee management, group air coordination, reporting, and on-site readiness. Must have 3+ years of experience in event coordination, group travel management, or operations, and a strong understanding of hotel contracting, rooming list management, and air travel logistics.

You will serve as the key liaison between the Sales Manager and the on-site meeting contact, ensuring smooth communication and successful coordination of group events and meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred; and minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, sales support or event coordination preferred.

You will play a key role in supporting Survalent’s goal of delivering world-class conferences and industry tradeshow experiences. This is a hands-on role requiring an organized professional who can effectively manage multiple event initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 5–10 years’ experience planning and executing conferences, tradeshows, and event communications.

This role is responsible for effectively managing projects and leading, guiding and consulting clients. You will support the Program Manager in operational planning of programs, manage multiple aspects on programs and act as secondary client contact. Additionally, you may be responsible for coordination of site inspection planning and ancillary meeting management. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Hospitality, Event Planning, or a combination of education and work experience required.

You will collaborate closely with the HR team, supervisors, and managers to develop and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, celebrate achievements, and create positive work experiences. Must have Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Communication and a least 3 years of experience in roles such as Administration, Event Planning, or similar, with a focus on employee engagement, event planning and managing recognition programs.
